Job Description

Join RBC as a Taxpayer Support Representative, specializing in inbound calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Identify and escalate urgent or sensitive client issues to appropriate internal departments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective problem-solving.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
