Job Description
Are you bursting with energy and a passion for fun? Luna Park Melbourne is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our team as Theme Park Ride Attendants. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! As a Ride Attendant, you will be the face of our most exciting attractions, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Operate amusement rides safely and efficiently, following all park protocols and procedures.
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure all guests meet ride height, age, and health requirements before boarding.
- Secure guests into rides, checking safety restraints thoroughly.
- Monitor rides during operation to identify and address any potential issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of ride stations and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries, concerns, or emergencies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for assigned rides.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth park operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Preferred Qualifications
