Job Description

Northern Lights Hospitality Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as VIP Lounge Hosts (Trainee). This is an entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. As a Trainee, you will learn to deliver exceptional service, ensure guest comfort, and maintain the exclusive atmosphere of our VIP lounge, all while wearing a provided professional uniform.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival at the lounge.
- Learn and effectively provide information about lounge services and amenities.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area, including restocking refreshments and supplies.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks according to established standards.
- Learn to manage guest check-ins and lounge access procedures efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Actively participate in all training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
