Job Description

As a Traffic Citations Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of incoming traffic citations. This ‘sit down’ role primarily involves meticulous data entry, record verification, and ensuring strict compliance with established procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining precise records and supporting the administrative backbone of our public service contracts. Your daily tasks will require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working with sensitive information in an on-site office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and record incoming traffic citations and related documents.
  • Perform high-volume data entry into various specialized databases and systems.
  • Verify citation information against existing records to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to clarify discrepancies or obtain missing information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive data and records.
  • Adhere diligently to all established processing procedures, guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  • Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval.
