Key Responsibilities
- Maintain security and order within the prison, ensuring the safety of staff, prisoners, and visitors.
- Supervise and manage prisoners, encouraging constructive behaviour and participation in rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct regular patrols and searches to prevent prohibited items and maintain a secure environment.
- Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols and procedures.
- Complete accurate reports and documentation regarding prisoner behaviour, incidents, and daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and external agencies.
- Support prisoners in accessing services and addressing their needs, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Adhere to all prison policies, procedures, and national legislation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UK Driving License.
