Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and workshops.
- Under supervision, assist individuals with mental health challenges in their daily living activities.
- Learn to implement client care plans and support strategies.
- Provide emotional support and encourage client independence and well-being.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisory staff.
- Assist with facilitating therapeutic activities and social engagement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records as per AHS guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous volunteer experience in a care-giving or support role (not required, but an asset).
