Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Prawn Farm Labourers to join our dedicated team in Port Hedland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work in an outdoor, coastal environment, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our prawn farm, contributing directly to the health and growth of our stock and the efficiency of our harvesting processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily feeding of prawns
  • Monitor water quality and environmental conditions in ponds
  • Perform general farm maintenance, including cleaning ponds and equipment
  • Participate in the harvesting and processing of prawns
  • Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision
  • Adhere to strict biosecurity and safety protocols
  • Report any unusual observations or issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in an outdoor environment
