Key Responsibilities

• Complete all required training modules and certifications as provided by Allied Universal and the government facility.
• Learn and implement access control procedures for personnel, vehicles, and cargo entering and exiting the facility.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of designated areas within the government facility, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Monitor alarm systems and CCTV cameras, responding to incidents as trained and necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports as per established protocols.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring compliance by all visitors and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional assistance to all individuals at the facility.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and facility management to maintain a secure environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required security licenses and certifications (provided during training).
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.
• Capacity to learn and apply security procedures and protocols quickly.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
