Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, databases, networking).
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, skills, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Assist senior recruiters in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Format CVs and prepare candidate profiles for submission to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet research).
