Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Trenchless Technology Technician to join our infrastructure team in Launceston, Tasmania. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the vital field of infrastructure development and maintenance. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering innovative trenchless solutions, minimizing disruption, and ensuring the longevity of critical underground assets. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn specialized skills in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of trenchless equipment, including pipe bursting, directional drilling, and pipe lining systems.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to prepare for trenchless operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Perform general laboring duties, including excavation, backfilling, and site clean-up.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site-specific risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities and infrastructure.
