Job Description
Join our dedicated team as an Unemployment Claims Adjudicator and play a crucial role in supporting the public sector. You will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving unemployment insurance claims, ensuring fairness and compliance with established regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and investigations of unemployment claims, gathering necessary information from claimants and employers.
- Interview claimants and employers to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and obtain additional details pertinent to claims.
- Analyze facts and apply relevant laws, policies, and regulations to determine eligibility for unemployment benefits.
- Render timely and accurate decisions on unemployment claims, providing clear explanations to all parties involved.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations, interviews, and decisions in accordance with public sector standards.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with claimants, employers, and other stakeholders, explaining complex information in an understandable manner.
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to develop expertise in unemployment insurance laws and adjudication processes.
