Job Description

Merry Maids is seeking dedicated Vacation Rental Cleaner / Turnaround Specialists to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our vacation rental properties are immaculately clean and perfectly prepared for incoming guests, upholding our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of vacation rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing all surfaces.
  • Laundering and changing linens, towels, and other soft furnishings.
  • Restocking essential amenities and supplies according to property standards.
  • Inspecting properties for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and reporting them promptly.
  • Adhering to strict turnaround schedules to ensure properties are ready for new arrivals on time.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols.
