Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position focused exclusively on written correspondence, ensuring efficient and effective communication management within our digital channels. You will be responsible for meticulously managing various inboxes, responding to inquiries, routing communications, and maintaining high standards of written professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple digital inboxes (email, internal messaging platforms, etc.) daily.
- Prioritize and categorize incoming written communications based on urgency and topic.
- Craft clear, concise, and professional written responses to customer and internal inquiries.
- Route complex or specialized requests to appropriate departments or team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and actions taken.
- Develop and update template responses to frequently asked questions.
- Identify trends in incoming communications and report insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with other virtual team members to ensure seamless communication flow.
