Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual looking to kickstart your career in information technology and logistics? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual IT Asset Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, work-from-home position perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a leading tech company. You will play a crucial role in managing our IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory systems. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assist with the procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement of IT equipment.
  • Monitor IT asset inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Process and track IT asset requests and allocations for remote employees.
  • Support compliance with IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports on asset status, usage, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT support, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless asset operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT asset management.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliation activities.

Required Skills
