Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Scheduling Coordinator to join our professional team, working 100% remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across various internal and external stakeholders. You will play a crucial part in supporting our senior professionals, optimizing their time, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple professionals, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (virtual and occasional physical).
- Coordinate all aspects of virtual and in-person meetings, including sending invitations, managing RSVPs, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to scheduling and team activities.
- Utilize various software and tools for efficient scheduling and communication.
- Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
