Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with excellent written communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others navigate technology without the pressure of phone calls? Concentrix is seeking dedicated Virtual Tech Support Chat Agents to join our growing remote team. In this 100% remote position, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers exclusively through chat, troubleshooting a variety of issues related to software, applications, and basic hardware. No prior tech support experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the knowledge you need. We will also send you the necessary equipment to set up your home office, ensuring you have everything required to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to software, applications, network connectivity, and basic hardware.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and timely support.
- Continuously update knowledge on product changes, new features, and technical troubleshooting techniques.
