Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Worker for night shifts in Espanola, NM. This full-time position is perfect for those looking to start a career in logistics and warehousing with no prior experience required. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and safely. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined organizational standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks.
Required Skills
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a physical labor role or team-based environment (not required, but a plus).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or logistics.
