Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Watch Battery Inserter to join our precision assembly line team in Aurora, IL. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail, who are looking to start a career in electronics assembly. You will be responsible for accurately inserting small watch batteries into various timepieces and other delicate electronic devices, ensuring quality and functionality. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully insert watch batteries into a variety of timepieces and small electronic devices according to precise specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections of components and finished products to identify defects or imperfections.
  • Operate basic assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
