Job Description
Are you a highly organised, self-motivated individual with a knack for virtual coordination? Capita is seeking a WFH Admin Guru to become the cornerstone of our remote team’s operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless workflows and effective communication across various virtual departments. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, provided you have a dedicated home office setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex digital calendars, scheduling virtual meetings and appointments for multiple team members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and compliant with data protection policies.
- Coordinate virtual team events, workshops, and training sessions, handling all logistical arrangements.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, and other documents using various office software.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and directing enquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support team operations.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the virtual administrative function.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote administrative support role.
