Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive WFH Operations Coordinator to join our remote Business Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, supporting various departments and contributing to our overall strategic goals. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, streamlining workflows, and implementing operational improvements, all from the comfort of your home office. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of performance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities and projects across various departments.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Manage and maintain operational schedules, deadlines, and project documentation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes.
  • Utilise operational software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Operations function.
