Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Stock Control Administrator with a strong focus on warehouse systems to join our growing remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock control processes, leveraging your expertise in various warehouse management systems (WMS). You will play a critical role in supporting our supply chain operations from your home office, collaborating with warehouse teams and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels and data integrity. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile stock levels across multiple warehouses using WMS platforms.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, including variances, damages, and returns.
• Process stock adjustments, transfers, and movements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate and analyze stock reports, identifying trends and potential issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics teams to improve stock accuracy and flow.
• Maintain master data for stock items within the warehouse systems.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts remotely as required.
• Provide administrative support for various supply chain projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock control.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one major Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP WM, Manhattan, JDA, or similar.
• Strong understanding of stock control principles and inventory management practices.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proven experience in an administrative or stock control role within a logistics or retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other integrated ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Previous experience in a remote working capacity.
• Knowledge of Australian retail supply chain operations.
