Job Description

Riverina Pristine Services is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Window Cleaner Assistants. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive on-the-job training, making it perfect for those with no prior experience in window cleaning. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ropes of commercial and residential window cleaning, including advanced techniques and safety protocols for high work. If you’re a hands-on individual, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior window cleaners with all aspects of commercial and residential window cleaning tasks.
- Learn and apply proper window cleaning techniques, including squeegee methods, water-fed pole systems, and other specialized equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, especially when performing high work or using ladders and access equipment.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment, safety signage, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper function of all cleaning tools and equipment.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients on job sites.
- Adhere to project schedules and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
