Job Description
Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity to start a career in manufacturing? Precision Wire Solutions Ltd. is seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our team as a Wire Stripping Operative. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to accurately strip insulation from various types of wires, preparing them for assembly into complex electrical components. Full paid training will be provided, ensuring you develop the skills and confidence required to excel. This is an excellent chance for someone with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wire stripping and cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret production orders and engineering drawings.
- Perform quality checks on stripped wires to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Load and unload materials onto machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Required Skills
