Job Description

This is a 100% remote, full-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere within the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through warranty claims, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a smooth resolution process. No prior experience in warranty support is required – our comprehensive paid training program will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful agent!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic support to customers regarding warranty inquiries and claims via phone and email.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps to diagnose product issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product and warranty policy knowledge through continuous learning and provided training.
  • Strive to achieve first-contact resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
