Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized WFH Admin Aide to join our remote team on a casual roster basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work arrangements and to gain administrative experience within a vibrant entertainment industry setting. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and departmental needs. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals starting their career or seeking a flexible new challenge. This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documents efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating virtual meetings across different time zones.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Conduct basic research and data entry tasks to support various projects.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through virtual channels.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Required Skills
