Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Remote Art Instructor specializing in Drawing & Design to join our growing team. This is a fully remote Work From Home (WFH) opportunity. As an instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging online courses, providing constructive feedback to students, and fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment. Your expertise in various drawing techniques, design principles, and digital art tools will be crucial in guiding students of all skill levels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and engaging course content, including lesson plans, video tutorials, and assignments, focusing on drawing and design principles.
- Deliver live virtual classes and pre-recorded sessions, ensuring high-quality instruction and an interactive learning experience.
- Provide personalized, constructive feedback and critiques on student artwork and projects.
- Monitor student progress, answer questions, and facilitate discussions within the online learning platform.
- Stay current with industry trends, software, and techniques in drawing, digital art, and graphic design.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing courses and create new offerings.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in foundational drawing techniques (e.g., perspective, anatomy, shading, composition).
- Strong understanding of design principles (e.g., color theory, typography, layout).
- Expertise with digital art software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to teach and explain complex artistic concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning for art education.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching art in an online or virtual setting.
