Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Nightclub Floor Sweeper to join our dedicated post-event cleanup crew in Springhill, Brisbane. This entry-level position is crucial for ensuring our venue is pristine and ready for the next day’s operations after a busy night. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough sweeping and mopping of all nightclub floor areas, including main dance floors, lounge sections, and entryways.
- Collect and dispose of all debris, litter, and discarded items safely and efficiently.
- Empty and clean bins throughout the venue.
- Assist with the relocation of furniture or equipment as needed for cleaning access.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality environment (desirable but not essential).
