Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey with The Sapphire Grand Hotel & Resorts as a Hotel Management Intern. This comprehensive program is designed to provide aspiring hospitality professionals with hands-on experience across various departments within our 5-star establishment. Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through key departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Sales & Marketing.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Engage with guests, responding to inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Learn and apply hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to problem-solving and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support team members in various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Complete assigned projects and reports related to hotel operations and management.
