Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our fast-growing digital customer service team in Launceston. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the front line of customer engagement, providing exceptional support and service through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with inquiries related to our e-commerce products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real-time via online chat to answer inquiries about products, services, and orders.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and company policies.
