Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced WFH Systems Analyst with a strong focus on WFH Infrastructure to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our remote work environments. You will analyze system requirements, troubleshoot complex issues related to remote access, collaboration tools, and home network integration, and implement solutions that enhance our distributed workforce’s productivity. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure from an end-user perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to remote work infrastructure, including VPN, virtual desktops, cloud collaboration platforms, and network connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for WFH systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to escalate and resolve incidents requiring deeper technical investigation.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation to enhance the remote user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring for WFH-specific tools and services.
  • Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of new technologies and upgrades relevant to remote work.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to end-users on remote work best practices and tool utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and data privacy regulations across all WFH infrastructure components.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on remote team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Prior experience in a fully remote or hybrid work environment support role.
