Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Darkroom & Film Processing Intern to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in film photography and a desire to learn the intricacies of darkroom techniques. As an intern, you will receive hands-on training in developing, printing, and maintaining darkroom equipment. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their journey in analog photography, no prior professional experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform black and white film processing (development, stop, fix, wash).
- Assist with the printing of black and white photographs in the darkroom.
- Help maintain darkroom cleanliness and organization, including chemical mixing and disposal.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common darkroom issues.
- Assist senior photographers and instructors with workshop preparation and execution.
- Organize and inventory film processing supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to chemical handling and darkroom operations.

- Strong interest in film photography and analog processes.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
