Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, preparation areas, and seating areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Required Skills

- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers and team members.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
