Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Chat Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Mildura. This role is pivotal for our front-line customer interaction, supporting our bustling online retail environment. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, problem-solving responses for e-commerce customers via live chat, email, and social media platforms. Your ability to provide efficient and friendly support will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Efficiently and empathetically resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and actively contribute to team goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in typing and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
