Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor to join our team in Iowa City. This is an active, outdoor role perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the move and engaging with the community. You will be responsible for distributing marketing flyers for real estate listings and open houses to targeted neighborhoods on a designated walking route. This position is crucial for increasing our local presence and generating interest in our properties. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for an active, flexible, part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute real estate marketing flyers to residential and commercial properties within specified geographic zones in Iowa City.
- Follow designated walking routes efficiently and meticulously to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Blank & McCune.
- Adhere to all local regulations regarding flyer distribution.
- Provide feedback on route conditions or any issues encountered during distribution.
- Manage and organize distribution materials provided by the company.
- Report accurate hours and completed routes to the marketing manager.
