Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Packers to join our team in Esperance. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose shifts that fit around your existing commitments. As a Casual Packer, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring products are accurately and efficiently packed, sorted, and prepared for distribution or display. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided to all successful candidates. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack a variety of products according to company standards and customer orders.
- Sort and organise items efficiently within the packing area.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Required Skills
