Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart your career in logistics? Toll Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Dispatch Runner to join our dynamic warehouse team in Gympie. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience looking to learn the ropes of warehouse operations and logistics. As a Dispatch Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, supporting our dispatch operations, and contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Full training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and sorting of outgoing deliveries and shipments.
- Run essential documents, packages, and small items between different departments within the warehouse and local facilities.
- Support dispatch clerks with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and labeling.
- Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments against dispatch orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and priorities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as required.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.

- Valid Australian Driver's License (Car).
- Familiarity with the Gympie local area roads and routes.
