Job Description

Join Myer as a Pop-up Shop Assistant for an exciting short-term opportunity in our new Townsville pop-up location. This part-time role on a day roster is perfect for energetic individuals eager to gain retail experience, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the success of a dynamic retail environment. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers, and maintaining the visual appeal of our pop-up store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pop-up shop.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
