Job Description
Are you a proactive and ambitious student eager to dive into the dynamic world of e-commerce? Ocado Group is offering an exciting student placement opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our online growth initiatives, with a particular focus on the Shopify platform. Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of our Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Assist in content updates, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on digital initiatives.
- Participate in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts.
- Assist with customer service inquiries related to online orders and website experience.
Required Skills
