Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our remote team. As a Virtual Inbox Manager, you will be responsible for meticulously managing various customer and internal communication inboxes, ensuring timely responses, accurate information dissemination, and exceptional service, all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes and digital communication channels daily.
  • Prioritize and categorize incoming correspondence, ensuring critical messages are addressed promptly.
  • Craft clear, professional, and personalized written responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions within our CRM system.
