Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as a Part-time Night Shift Factory Worker at our Traralgon facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable part-time work within a supportive and safety-focused environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our manufacturing process, ensuring products meet our high quality standards. Full training will be provided, making this an accessible role for those new to factory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision
- Perform quality checks on products to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and palletizing finished goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
