Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, technical support, and account management.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
