Key Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of experienced staff, provide person-centered support to individuals with varying needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, which may include personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided and any observations.
- Learn and adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in care or support work is required – full training will be provided.
