Job Description
Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, and love connecting with people? Sephora is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Perfume Sample Handout Staff in a bustling mall environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with the public and has a passion for beauty. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging experience for our customers, introducing them to our latest fragrances, and leaving a lasting positive impression of the Sephora brand. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident and successful in your role!
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach mall visitors with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Distribute perfume samples to potential customers in a designated area.
- Engage customers in brief, positive conversations about Sephora and our fragrance offerings.
- Effectively communicate key features and benefits of various perfumes without high-pressure sales tactics.
- Maintain a tidy and appealing sample distribution station.
- Answer basic questions about store location, promotions, and products.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer interest and common inquiries.
- Adhere to all company guidelines regarding sample distribution and customer interaction.
