Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Business Support professional to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from your preferred location within Australia while contributing to an Australian-owned company. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities for various departments. This position is ideal for someone highly organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional support in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
  • Organise and maintain digital files and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic financial administration.
  • Provide support for virtual events and presentations.
