Job Description
Join Koala’s vibrant customer support team as a Messaging Support Officer, based in our Byron Bay office. This casual, part-time role offers flexible afternoon shifts, perfect for those seeking to balance work with other commitments. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various messaging channels, ensuring their Koala experience is nothing short of amazing. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding Koala products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment during afternoon shifts.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
