Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our remote customer support team. This is a 100% work-from-home position offering flexible hours to accommodate various lifestyles. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and resolving inquiries with efficiency and care. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering an excellent customer experience through various channels, primarily chat and email, with occasional phone support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, account questions, and general product/service inquiries.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service level agreements.
  • Provide clear, concise, and friendly communication.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product features and service updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and web browsers.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (6 months minimum).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Background in tech support or a similar industry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
