Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the accurate and timely dispensing of medications, including preparation, labeling, and packaging.
- Manage and maintain pharmaceutical stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and rotating inventory.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of medication dispense and patient information.
- Provide administrative support to the pharmacy department, including answering phones, processing paperwork, and filing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace, equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, procedures, and pharmaceutical regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Liaise effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding medication orders, supplies, and patient queries.
