Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Sauna & Steam Room Cleaner to join our Oakland team for after-hours wet work. This critical role ensures our sauna and steam room facilities are impeccably clean, sanitized, and ready for our members each day. Working independently during off-peak hours, you will be responsible for deep cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining these specialized areas to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry-level position in facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of sauna and steam room areas, including benches, walls, floors, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Remove mold, mildew, and other buildup from wet areas.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
