Job Description

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility to fit your schedule. As a Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our store, ensuring guests have a positive experience, assisting with various tasks, and contributing to a friendly and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory tasks
- Assist guests in locating products and answering their questions
- Support various store operations as needed, including cleaning and recovery
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise as required (up to 40 lbs)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
