Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Document Review Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to enter the legal field, providing critical support to our legal teams. This position is 100% remote with a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Full training will be provided, equipping you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role. You will play a vital role in organizing, reviewing, and categorizing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our case preparations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze various types of legal documents for relevance, privilege, and responsiveness.
  • Accurately code documents based on predefined criteria and instructions.
  • Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies in documents to senior team members.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Organize and manage electronic documents within our review platforms.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
